Upcoming Covenant Change Vote:
Pursuant to the recent resolution of the lawsuit against the HOA, an agreement was reached to
poll the HOA members regarding updating the existing Covenants (paragraph 20) to clearly state whether keeping chickens at HOA properties are allowed or not. In addition to the question of keeping
chickens, the HOA has been asked to consider allowing the short-term (7 days) use of goats for Firewise mitigation.
The HOA Board of Directors is soliciting any comments and/or suggestions from our members regarding changes to Paragraph 20 of the Covenants related to the raising of chickens and/or the short-term use of goats.
